About the Journal

The Risalah Hukum is a periodic scientific publication of legal science. This Journal is published by the Faculty of Law, Mulawarman University, as a means of publishing thoughts, ideas, and research results in various fields of law. This Journal was first published in a printed version from June 2005 to June 2014.  Since 2022 the legal treatise journal has been accredited with Sinta 4.  Subsequently, this Journal was republished in an online version in June 2019 at the page address https://e-journal.fh.unmul.ac.id/index.php/ treatise. 

The Journal of Risalah Hukum is published twice a year, in June and Desember. Each issue of the Journal contains five articles. The Journal Risalah Hukum, as a periodical, is managed under Journal Policies and Scientific Publication Ethics.
